Lars Erik Baustad

Mr. Baustad has previously held various positions in the industrial investment group Umoe AS. Baustad acquired strong background in the areas of M&A, financing and business development in various industries.

He has comprehensive experience in the field of shipping and offshore projects through different assignments for Knutsen OAS Shipping AS. Prior to joining GTB Mr. Baustad was the managing director of the venture company, CleanHull AS.

Baustad holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and finance from Cass Business School, London, in addition to BA (Hon) in Business Administration from University of Greenwich, London

Rainer Gumpert
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gumpert has previously worked as VP Finance of Bergesen Worldwide prior to acting as CFO at Metalform Group. He also acquired comprehensive investment banking background from UBS Capital and HSBC.

Mr. Gumpert holds a MBA from University of New South Wales, Australia, in addition to B.Eng (Hon) in Naval Architecture from University of Newcastle, UK

Chris Shea
Chief Operating Officer

Mr Shea has previously worked as the Marketing Manager in Seadrill, after 13 years offshore as Safety & Training Officer and Offshore Installation Manager/Barge Captain.

He also has experience as Head of School, for Offshore and Maritime Studies at Northern Territory University and lecturing at Australian Maritime College.

Shea holds a MBA from from Rutgers Business School, US, in addition to Advanced Diploma Applied Science (Nautical Science) Shipmaster from Australian Maritime College, and Cadetship from Southampton Maritime College, UK
