Global Tender Barges Pte Ltd signed in 2007 an agreement with KCA Deutag to provide for the daily operations for our fleet. Subsequently KCA Deutag, through an affiliate company, acquired a 10% share in the GTB Singapore subsidiary.

KCA Deutag headquarters are in Aberdeen, Scotland. The company has a history of over 100 years of drilling and engineering activities across the globe. Currently KCA DEUTAG is responsible for over 30 managed offshore platforms in the North Sea, Caspian, Angola, and Sakhalin.

This is including the deserts of the Middle East and North Africa, arctic conditions in Siberia and Kazakhstan, tropical regions, and the challenging offshore conditions in the North Sea and offshore Sakhalin Island, far Eastern Russia.

They also own and operate the North Sea’s only modular drilling and well work over rig, and have 11 mobile offshore drilling units (MODU) under management, including three wholly-owned, one managed jack-up rig and seven part-owned tender rigs.
