Richard Allan Lorentz
Director

Mr. Lorentz is the co-founder of both KrisEnergy Pte Ltd and Pearl Energy Pte Ltd.

He is a petroleum geologist with more than 25 years' experience in the oil and gas industry. Previous key positions include Manager of New Business Development for Elf Aquitaine in Singapore, New Ventures & Exploration Manager for Gulf Indonesia Resources Ltd., and Senior Production Geologist for Asamera (South Sumatra) Ltd. He has also worked for Oriental Petroleum & Minerals in the Philippines, Funk Exploration Inc. in the United States and Anglo-Suisse (Pakistan) Inc. based in Karachi.

Mr. Lorentz holds a Master of Science (Geology) from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Oklahoma State University.

John Bujnoch
Director

Mr. Bujnoch is the Senior Drilling Advisor at KrisEnergy Limited with more than 30 years experience in oil and gas industry. He has previously worked as VP of Drilling for Pearl Oil Thailand and has strong knowledge of exploration and development drilling.

His earlier experiences include positions as Drilling Superintendent for the Joint Asset Development Team between COP, Shell and Qatar Petroleum. Past experience also relates to Well Operations Co-ordinator at Belanak Development Drilling Program and Drilling Superintendent, engineering office support, and rig supervision in projects worldwide.

Mr. Bujnoch holds Bachelor of Meteorology from the University of St. Thomas at Minnesota, USA.

John Halsted
Director

Mr. Halsted is currently Managing Partner at Pamplona Capital Management. Prior to this, Halsted was the Chief Investment Officer of Beacon Venture Partners and a Senior Vice President of Beacon Capital Partners.

He also worked as Vice President of the Harvard Private Equity Group, the private equity investment arm of the Harvard endowment. Associate at Simmons & Company International, an investment banking firm specializing in financial advisory services to the energy industry and Consultant at the strategy consulting firm Booz Allen & Hamilton, based in Dallas, Texas and in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Halsted holds Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Markus Noé-Nordberg
Director

Mr. Noé-Nordberg is currently Partner at Pamplona Capital Management. He was the Managing Director and Co-Head of Financial Sponsors of Goldman Sachs. Responsible for origination and execution of a large number of transactions for financial sponsors in Europe.

Prior to this he spend 10 years at Merrill Lynch, mostly in mergers and acquisitions leading and executing various transactions in Asia, Australia and New York.

Mr Noé-Nordberg holds a Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

Lars Erik Baustad
Director

Mr. Baustad is currently Chief Executive Officer of Global Tender Barges Pte Ltd.

He has previously held various positions in the industrial investment group Umoe AS. Baustad acquired strong background in the areas of M&A, financing and business development in various industries.

He has comprehensive experience in the field of shipping and offshore projects through different assignments for Knutsen OAS Shipping AS. Prior to joining GTB, Mr. Baustad was the managing director of the venture company, CleanHull AS.

Mr. Baustad holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and finance from Cass Business School, London, in addition to BA (Hon) in Business Administration from University of Greenwich, London.
